FlavoDiscover

FlavoDiscover allows users to upload paired MS1 data (Precursor Mass/Charge (m/z)) and MS2 data (MS/MS Fragment Ion List (m/z)), and to search against in-source fragment ions in the library of 'flavonoid motifs combined with neutral losses'. It returns all matched flavonoids or flavonoid derivatives for the paired MS1/MS2 data.

Note: tips for using FlavoDiscover

1. MS/MS Fragment Ion List (m/z): enter one peak (m/z) per line; mz needs to be greater than 223.075356 (flavonoids core skeleton).
2. Our flavonoids library is updated periodically. You may check back to rerun your analysis.
